Shipping Policy
For your convenience, we deliver anywhere in the Continental United States & Canada. We cannot send to PO Boxes. To make sure that orders being sent to rural route addresses get to their proper destination, please include a physical street address, highway number and/or an emergency number with your order. To give you the best possible service, we use a variety of couriers depending on which best suits your needs. Delivery of your order is subject to the availability of our inventory and the shipping method selected. All costs will be calculated based on the product selection and your shipping address. We are able to ship to Hawaii or Alaska please ask for more information.

We do require your TAX ID# for the border and customs as polices have changed for all major shippers. There is no additional fees associated with shipping other than what you see when you pay for your order. If you are not able to provide us with the TAX ID# we can refund the amount minus a processing fee.
Return & Exchange Policy
Most of our products have a year warranty, with the exception of some of our LED lights.
We warehouse all our products in Ontario, Canada. All products cannot be returned once opened and used. We will warranty any non-physical damage issues with the products within the first year after purchase.

If the product hasn't been opened and is in the same condition as it came in, you can return the product within 45 days. There will be a restocking fee (Non-negotiable) plus all applicable shipping charges for the return.
